It all began late 2018 when I was approached by an MLM Company called Kuvera by one of their many sales representatives. Originally incredibly suspicious I joined the service and dived head first into the completely unknown world of Forex. At the time, I was in my third year of university studying a Physics major-English minor in order to eventually become a high school educator but once I was introduced to Forex and saw the incredible profits being consistently posted to the group chats, I realized that spending another 5 years in school working hard to come out making 50k a year didn't make sense.
Encouraged by the potential that I could clearly see, I began to trade thinking I knew what I was doing. My first day I lost $2000 in two hours and ended up losing close to 15 grand my first month (a LOT for a full-time third year student when my tuition was already over 10k). Devastated by the reality that I truly knew nothing but still seeing the potential & value, I absolutely devoted myself to all things Forex. Any book, youtube video, online course or strategy that I could get my hands on I devoured entirely. Once all the theory was firmly set in my head, I began to backtest and watch the charts for hours & hours, figuring out exactly what strategy, what times, what risk worked for me. It was around the time that I was on vacation in Portugal in the Spring that FINALLY I began to see the light of day & consistent profits. My trading went from a hopeful $500 a week to $500 a day & I couldn't be more grateful for both the growth and freedom the markets have given to me.
Now fast forward to present day, my time at Kuvera came to a bitter, disappointing end (feel free to ask about this experience), but I'm grateful for the introduction to Forex, great friends & co-founder Peter.
Prestigious FX would not exist today if not for the need to supply the people who trusted us with a new place to learn Forex and receive guidance. It also gave me the clear vision of wanting to create a system where all the lessons that I learned the hard way & put me in tough financial spots can be completely avoided, yet still learned.
